You always get 42 days per year. High season (June-September) 2 weeks. Mid season 2 weeks. Low season 2 weeks. You can rent your weeks out. We take care of doing it. You don't have to worry about anything.
Insurance, taxes, electricity, water, gas, and internet account for 2% of the annual cost of your fraction. This cost can be reduced to zero if you choose to rent out your usage rights for certain periods or if the property generates any additional income.
You can sell your fraction anytime after the first year. We fully take care of the sale by finding and selecting buyers, advertising in our website and working with real estate agents to finalize the process.
